Refund and Return Policy

At Jeevan Suraksha Social Security Collective, an initiative of Health Guard Foundation, we strive to ensure transparency in our financial transactions. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1.  Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in cases of erroneous transactions or duplicate payments.

Refunds will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of making membership charges before claiming your receipt which ever happens first.

2.  Non-Refundable Transactions

Any transactional charges are non-refundable.

Claims and benefits once processed are non-reversible.

3.  Refund Process

Users must submit a formal request with transaction details and supporting documents.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 72 hours through the original payment method.
